- Roofing: A complete evaluation of the roof and roof elements including chimneys, vents, flashings and gutters.
- Exterior: An evaluation of all exterior components including siding, windows, doors, porches, decks and exterior grading.
- Exterior Improvements: An evaluation of driveways, sidewalks, patios, and basement windows.
- Interior Elements: Inspection of windows, doors, walls and floors. Testing of outlets and switches. Inspection of all plumbing areas which are readily accessible. These would include showers, tubs, faucets, drains, tile and water pressure.
- Electrical: Evaluation of inside main panel and interior wiring.
- Cooling Unit: Weather permitting unit is visually inspected and tested for function.
- Heating Unit: A complete visual examination of all visible components with an explanation of maintenance. Check gas piping for possible leaks. Carbon monoxide test included.
- Plumbing: All visible main supply and drain piping is evaluated including water heater and all related plumbing components.
- Sub-structure: Evaluation of all visible areas including but not limited to foundation, floor, framing, beams, jack posts and stairs.
